Sacred Birth Journey

Are you ready? Really ready? The answer to that question is not about washing gowns or folding blankets. It's about closing your eyes and feeling peacefully ready for the arrival of your baby, the shift in your relationship, the glory of birth. Being open to the life changes lying ahead of you.

This is a four week /9 hour child birth series that guides your preparation for ALL aspects of birth. Special attention is paid to the emotional and spiritual work that is key to physiological birthing. Logistics such as birth plan writing, working WITH your healthcare provider, identifying labor, and preparing for postpartum are also covered.
