Refund policy

We stand behind our goods. Any defective items will be refunded, credited or replaced. Please make initial contact within 7 days and item returns within 14.

Exchanges of unopened items are allowed within 30 days. Buyer pays shipping.

Custom orders are not eligible for exchange. They may be returned if defective.  Repair or replacement is at sellers' discretion. 

Birth Services are not eligible for refund and are subject to the terms of any accompanying contract.
